A few things that I loved at the National Gallery, UK

Earlier in the year I visited the National Gallery in London.  I spent half the day trawling through the great halls of art, utterly in awe of the huge rooms, the atmosphere and the incredible scope of artworks.

It was by far my favourite gallery that I visited while in Europe. Today I stumbled upon the handwritten list of paintings that I found inspiring while I walked through gallery. The list is huge, but I’ve picked out a few. I love the way that some of the artworks translate 100% online and some lose their power completely.
